Pastalita cam to fill this need where customers can watch the flames cooking their food to perfection as it's tossed in a pan and prepared fresh in the kitchen. FIne italian dining in a quick-service atmosphere was not possible.After all, Italian food was either served at a fine-dining restaurant, or they were fast food and everything vame out but with passion for quality food and a place where the entire family enjoy the "freesh, made-to-order" philosophy.
